Zero1 Mobile Plan Sign-Up: Enjoy Free Postage for Your SIM Card!
We are thrilled to announce that Zero1 is now offering free postage for all mobile plan sign-ups! This means you can enjoy the convenience of having your Zero1 mobile plan delivered straight to your ID-registered address (Billing address) at no extra cost.
How It Works:
Sign up for a local mobile plan
- Visit our website and select the Zero1 mobile plan that best suits your needs.
- Choose "Free postage" under "Deliver to me" during your purchase process.
- Proceed to checkout for your selected mobile plan.
Choose Deliver to me > Free Postage before checkout
Once you have chosen to receive the SIM card as free postage to your ID-registered address (Billing address). You will receive it within 3 business days (Weekdays, excluding public holidays) after your application is approved.
Activate your SIM card after receiving it
- You will need to activate your SIM card after receiving it. Prepare your ID and SIM card when you are ready to activate it. Activation link: https://zero.zero1.sg/request/sim-card-activation
- When Zero1 receives your SIM card activation request, we will start processing your SIM card activation, which will take 1 business day.
- Once your SIM card is activated, you can start using our services immediately.

1. What does "free postage" mean for Zero1 mobile plan sign-ups?
Free postage means that Zero1 will cover the cost of delivering your SIM card to your designated mailbox at no additional charge to you.
2. How do I qualify for free postage with Zero1?
Simply select the free postage option during the checkout process when signing up for a Zero1 mobile plan. This option will be automatically applied if eligible, based on your ID-registered address (billing address).
3. How long will it take for my SIM card to arrive with free postage?
Estimated delivery schedule upon successful application approval: Within 3 business days (Weekdays, excluding public holidays).
