How to activate your physical Zero1 SIM card

Quick Guide: Activate Your Physical Zero1 SIM Card

Note for port-in numbers

The port-in process will begin only after you start activating the SIM card. Your previous carrier will usually disconnect within 3 business days. You may begin using Zero1 services after your previous carrier’s signal disconnects.

Note for self-collected SIMs from Mosi Mosi or ShortQ

Do initiate your SIM activation requests only after 2pm on the following business day if you have collected your SIM card on a Friday / Saturday / Sunday / eve of public holiday.

Once you receive your SIM card, activating it is simple and hassle-free with Zero1! You can complete the process through the Zero1 app or on the Zero1 website:

  • In the app: Simply log in and select the SIM activation icon to get started.
  • On the website: You’ll find the activation link in your order confirmation email or by scanning the QR code in the SIM card packaging.

Once you’re on the activation page, simply follow the steps, and your SIM card will be up and running in no time!

  1. Log in to your Zero1 account
  2. Enter your SIM card details
  3. Verify your identity via Singpass
  4. Activation in progress
  5. SIM card activated
    1. For new numbers
    2. For port-in numbers

Step 1: Log in to your Zero1 account

1. Enter your email and password to log in to your Zero1 account.
Step 3: Login to Your Zero1 Account
2. After logging in, follow the instructions to activate your SIM card.

Step 2: Enter your SIM card details

Enter the SIM card serial number or select “Scan” to scan the barcode to initiate the activation process.

Step 3: Verify your identity via Singpass

1. Select the Singpass button provided on the page.
2. You will be redirected to the Singpass login page. Log in using your Singpass credentials.
3. Authorise the request to share your details with Zero1.

Step 4: Activation in progress

Once your information is submitted, the activation process will begin.

Step 5: SIM card activated

For new numbers

SIM card activation is immediate, allowing you to start using Zero1 services right away.

For port-in numbers

Activation may take up to 3 business days. You may begin using Zero1 services as soon as your previous carrier’s signal disconnects.

You will receive a confirmation email once your SIM card is activated. For new numbers, you may insert your SIM card immediately. For port-in numbers, wait for your previous carrier’s signal to disappear, then insert your Zero1 SIM card.

7. What should I do if I am unable to activate my physical SIM card?
