Do this first before porting out
Follow these steps to update your settings:
- Open the Circle app.
- Go to your Account section.
- Tap Settings.
- Select Privacy & Security.
- Find the Secure feature under Transaction Security.
- Switch secure feature off to disable it.
You can now proceed to port out.
How to Port In to Zero1
- Create or log in to your Zero1 account.
- Select the Streamo Freedom plan.
- Customise your plan with Value-Added Services and select a SIM Type (SIM card or eSIM).
- Select your number option: Keep your existing number (Port-in).
- Verify your details using Singpass.
- Select your delivery method (SIM card only) and review activation steps.
- Apply the promo code during payment and complete your order.
Terms & Conditions
- Valid only for port-ins from Circle completed between 04 Jul to 31 Aug 2025.
- Applicable only to the Streamo Freedom plan.
- Customers must stay subscribed for 3 consecutive months to receive the following 9 months FREE.
