Zero1 is proud to introduce the International Incoming Call & SMS Blocking feature to enhance your security and peace of mind. This feature helps you block all incoming international calls and SMS, reducing unwanted disturbances, fraud risks, and unexpected charges.
Why enable this feature?
Spam & Fraudulent Calls
Avoid potential scams from unknown international numbers.
Unwanted Disturbances
Stop receiving unwanted international calls and SMS.

Prevent accidental international call roaming fees.
How to activate or deactivate the service
For New Users (During Sign Up)
When signing up for a new mobile plan, you will be prompted to choose your International Call/SMS Blocking preference:
Select one option:
- Opt-In: I acknowledge that I will not receive any international calls or SMS, as they will be completely blocked.
- Opt-Out: I will continue to receive international incoming calls and SMS as usual.
You can manage your preference later in “My Services Management” after SIM activation.
For Existing users:
You may add or remove this service any time via “My Services Management“:
- Log in to your Zero1 account.
- Go to “My Services Management“.
- Scroll to “International Call/SMS Blocking” under “VAS“.
- Select “Add to Plan” (enable blocking) or “Unsubscribe” (continue receiving international calls/SMS).
- Save your settings. Changes will take effect shortly.
Note:
- This feature only blocks incoming international calls and SMS.
- Outgoing international calls and SMS are not affected—you can still make them as usual.
- All international numbers are blocked—you cannot allow specific numbers to bypass the block.
You can modify your settings anytime through My Services Management.

1. Can I still make international calls and send international SMS?
Yes, this feature only blocks incoming international calls and messages. Outgoing international calls and SMS are unaffected.
2. How quickly do changes take effect?
Changes will be applied shortly after updating your settings in My Services Management.
3. Is there a cost to activating or deactivating this feature?
No, there is no additional cost to activate or deactivate this service.
4. Can I allow specific international numbers to reach me while blocking others?
5. Can I enable this feature for multiple lines under my account?
