Earn rewards in just 4 simple steps
Step 1: Retrieve your referral link or code
Log in to your Zero1 account and you can find your referral link or code (e.g., Z1ABC123) under "My Services Management".
Step 2: Share it with your friends
Send your referral link or code to your friends so they can use it when signing up for a new Zero1 mobile plan.
Step 3: Your friend signs up using your link or code
When your friend subscribes to any eligible Zero1 mobile plan, they just need to click on your referral link or enter your code in the Referrer Code field at checkout. They will receive a $1 to $2 rebate within 2 months.
Step 4: Your referral credits are awarded automatically
You will receive a $1 to $2 rebate within 3 months. The rebate will be automatically applied to offset your future bill.
Bill credit amount depends on the plan your friend selects. If you earn multiple credits in the same month, they will appear as one combined line on your bill.

1. What is the Zero1 Refer & Earn Program?
The Refer & Earn Program allows existing Zero1 subscribers to earn bill rebates when new customers sign up for Zero1 using their referral link or referral code.
2. Who is eligible to refer friends?
To be eligible as a Referrer, you must be an active Zero1 subscriber with an account in good standing. You are not eligible if your account is suspended or overdue/delinquent during the subscription period. You also must not be a reseller. Any rebates awarded from the referral programme can only be used to offset the bill of an active Zero1 service.

4. What rewards do I receive as a referrer, and when will I get them?
The Referrer will receive bill rebates based on the Referee’s eligible plan price. For plans priced from S$10 to S$14.99, the Referrer will receive a S$1 rebate for every successful referral. For plans priced S$15 and above, the Referrer will receive a S$2 rebate. These credits will be applied to the Referrer’s bill after the Referee has successfully paid their second bill.
5. What benefits do my friends receive when they sign up, and when will they get them?
Your friends will enjoy a S$1 to S$2 rebate within 2 months, depending on the Zero1 mobile plan they select. The discount will be automatically applied within 2 months after they successfully sign up.
6. Can I cash out my referral credits?
No. Referral rebates cannot be split, transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account. They can only be used to offset the bill of your active Zero1 service.
