Terms & Conditions
- The promotion is available for a limited time only.
- Data usage is capped at 300GB per month for Streamo Bold (4G), and 400GB per month for Streamo Freedom.
- The promotion includes one-time 5G access for the first three months on a Non-Standalone (NSA) network. This is not applicable for Singtel and Singtel-brand (GOMO and Heya) port-in. The plan will revert to 4G service thereafter.
- The promotion includes free additional RoamAP data roaming for 13 countries – Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, Philippines, India, Japan, South Korea, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Vietnam. 5GB per month is included for Streamo Bold (4G), and 15GB per month for Streamo Freedom. Roaming data may not automatically activate for pass holders; however, you will have the option to opt in if needed.
- This promotion includes a one-time bonus of 600GB free data roaming — available for Malaysia and Indonesia (for Streamo Bold (4G)) and Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand (for Streamo Freedom).
The free data is valid for 365 days from activation and does not reset thereafter. - Port-in by 30 June 2025 to enjoy a free 3-month subscription after the first 3 months. Customers who port-in and stay for 3 months will enjoy their 4th, 5th, and 6th months free. The actual free months might vary slightly depending on your bill cycle. Free months are not applicable for Singtel, Singtel- brands (GOMO and Heya) and MVNOs using Singtel’s network (Zym, Vivifi and CMLink) port- in.
- The promotion is non-transferable and not valid with other promotions, discounts or privileges.
- The promotion will be void if the plan is changed or account is suspended, terminated or overdue/delinquent during the subscription period.
- Plan rates and bundled services are subject to change without prior notice. Other usage and value-added charges apply.
- No refund will be issued for termination within 1 month of activation and/or port-out.
- Zero1 reserves the right to reject and/or terminate the subscription without any advance notice if the subscriber’s submitted ID is invalid or the payment deduction is unsuccessful.

How long is port-in promotion valid?
The port-in promotion is valid from 25 April to 30 June 2025.
How do I receive the 3 bonus months?
Simply port in from a non-Singtel provider, subscribe to either Streamo Bold or Streamo Freedom, and stay subscribed for 3 consecutive months. The next 3 months will be given free automatically.
Will my roaming data activate automatically?
Roaming data may not automatically activate for pass holders. You will have the option to opt in manually if needed.
What happens after the free 5G trial ends?
Your service will revert to 4G. If you wish to continue using 5G, you may switch to a 5G-supported plan like Z-One 5G Prime.
Can I change plans during the promotion period?
Changing plans, suspension, or termination of your subscription may void your eligibility for the promotion. No refunds will be issued if the plan is cancelled within the first month.
