This exclusive promotion is available to members of The Grassroots’ Club.

3. Do I get to choose my Golden Number?

Yes! You will be able to select your preferred Golden Number during the sign-up process for your Zero1 mobile plan

4. Can I port my existing number and still get a Golden Number?

Golden Numbers are issued as new numbers. If you’d like to keep your current number, it can be ported to a different line, but you won’t be able to convert an existing number into a Golden Number.

5. Can I enjoy both the Golden Number and the phone bundle if I already have a Zero1 line?

Yes, existing users can enjoy this offer by purchasing a new plan or bundle under their account. Terms may apply, so check with Zero1 for eligibility.

6. What is the Port-in promotion for the phone bundle and how does it work?

Customers who port in by 30 June 2025 will enjoy an additional 2 months free mobile plan subscription after the first 4 months. Actual timing may vary slightly based on your bill cycle. This offer is valid only for port-ins from non-Singtel networks. Port-ins from Singtel, GOMO, Heya, and Singtel-based MVNOs like Zym, Vivifi, and CMLink are not eligible.

7. What if I miss the collection appointment?

You can reschedule with Zero1. Contact their customer service team promptly to avoid delays in activating your Golden Number.
