How to get your Golden188 number with a phone bundle

Step 1. Choose a Phone Bundle

All phone bundles include a Golden188 number at no extra cost. Just pick your preferred bundle to begin.

Step 2. Proceed with your order online

Place your order online and fill in the personal details form. A Golden188 number (worth $191.65 incl. GST) is automatically included at no extra charge. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is successful.

Step 3. Arrange for Collection

After your order is confirmed, Zero1 will contact you to schedule your collection at the Zero1 Customer Service Centre.

Step 4. Sign up for a Z-One Prime plan and select your Golden188 number

At the time of collection at the Zero1 Customer Service Centre, you’ll sign up for a Z-One Prime plan and, during the sign-up process, select your Golden188 number (in the 8XXX ABBA or 8XXX ABAB format) from the available options. Your phone will be provided as part of the bundle.

Step 5. Enjoy your new number

Your Zero1 service will be activated — and your new Golden Number is ready to use!

How to get your Golden38 number with a mobile plan

Step 1. Choose a mobile plan

Go to zero1.sg and click “Sign Up” under your preferred Z-One mobile plan.

Step 2. Select SIM type & Get a new number

Start by selecting your preferred SIM type (Physical SIM or eSIM).
When prompted to choose a number option, select “Get a new number with us.”

Step 3. Select a Golden38 number

Click on the “Golden Numbers” tab and choose your preferred number under Golden38 (in the 8XXX ABAA or 8XXX AABA format).
Once selected, proceed with your sign-up process.

Step 4. Singpass verification

Step 5. Confirm your details & select a delivery method

After completing Singpass verification, your personal details will be automatically filled in. Please review the information for accuracy.
If required, select your preferred delivery method. Then, review the SIM activation instructions before proceeding.

Step 6. Enter your reference code

At the Order Summary page, enter the reference code (coupon code) provided in the Grassroots’ Club email into the promo code field before proceeding with payment.

Step 7. Complete payment and finalise your order

Make the upfront payment to secure your selected number and plan.

Step 8. Payment successful

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.
If you selected a Physical SIM, the confirmation email will be sent once your order is placed.
If you selected an eSIM, you will receive both the confirmation email and a separate eSIM activation email.

The phone bundle promotion is valid for new and port-in subscriptions for a limited time.
The one-time payment made for the bundle covers the OPPO Pad Neo LTE (4G), OPPO Reno 12F (5G), OPPO A3 Pro (5G) and OPPO A3 (4G) in full and 3 months of subscription to the Zero1 Z-One 4G Prime Plan. At the end of the promotion period, plan rates will revert to the respective plan.
Roam AP 3GB is a promotional free add-on of 3GB data roaming forever to Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Philippines and Vietnam. Roaming data may not automatically activate for pass holders. However, the option to opt-in is available if needed.
The promotion includes an additional 12GB data roaming to Malaysia for 12 months. It comprises a Malaysia 10GB and a Malaysia 2GB data roaming pack.
The promotion is non-transferable and not valid with other promotions, discounts or privileges.
The bundled plan cannot be changed or terminated during the 3-month period.
