1. Who is eligible for this offer?
This promotion is valid from 1 Jul to 31 Aug 2025 for customers porting in from other service providers, excluding Singtel, GOMO, Heya, Zym, Vivifi, and CMLink. You must stay subscribed for 6 consecutive months on an eligible plan to receive the next 6 months free.
2. How do I apply the promo code?
Enter the respective promo code at checkout when signing up for your selected plan.
3. When do I get my free months?
Your free months will be automatically applied for billing cycles 7–12 once you complete your first 6 months.
4. Can I combine this with other promotions?
No, this offer can’t be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
5. What happens after the free months?
Once your free period ends, regular monthly charges for your selected plan will resume automatically.
6. Can I switch plans after redeeming the promotion?
