Your personal details will be verified through Singpass during the registration process.
This guide will take you through steps needed to get started with your Zero1 SIM:
- Visit the Zero1 website
- Create a Zero1 account
- Explore Zero1 plans
- Choose a Zero1 mobile plan
- Customise your plan with Value-Added Services (VAS)
- Select a SIM type
- Select your phone number option
- Verify personal details using Singpass
- Choose your delivery method and review the SIM activation instructions
- Complete payment and finalise your order
Step 1: Visit the Zero1 website
Open your preferred web browser and go to Zero1’s official website (https://zero1.sg).

Step 2: Create a Zero1 account or login to your Zero1 account
Register for a Zero1 account if you are a first-time buyer or Log in if you have one.

Step 3: Explore Zero1 plans
Browse through the various mobile plans available under our three categories, Basic, Standard, and Jumbo, to find the one that best suits your needs.

Step 4: Choose a Zero1 mobile plan
Select the “Get the plan now” button for your chosen plan.

Step 5: Customise your plan with Value-Added Services (VAS)

Step 6: Select a SIM type
Choose between a physical SIM card or an eSIM. If opting for an eSIM, make sure your device supports eSIM technology by checking its eSIM Compatibility.

Step 7: Select your phone number option
Step 7a: Get a new number with us



Step 7b: Keep your existing number (port-in)





Step 8: Verify personal details using Singpass


3. Authorise the request to share your details with Zero1.


5. After completing Singpass verification, your personal details will be auto-filled. Review the information for accuracy.

Step 9: Choose your delivery method and review the SIM activation instructions.
Step 9a: For Physical SIM Card
- Scroll down and select a delivery method provided by Zero1: Self-collection, Free postage, or In-person delivery.
- After selecting the delivery mode, select “View Order Summary” to proceed to payment.

Step 9b: For eSIM
Scroll down to review the eSIM activation instructions, then select “View Order Summary” to proceed to payment.

Step 10: Complete payment and finalise your order

Receiving your Zero1 SIM
For Physical SIM card
- For self-collection, visit your selected *collection point to collect your SIM card after receiving the “Ready for Collection” email.
- For free postage or in-person delivery, wait for your SIM card to be delivered to your address.
Once you collect or receive your SIM card, follow the instructions provided in the packaging to activate the SIM card.
*If you collected your SIM card at Mosi Mosi or ShortQ on a Friday / Saturday / Sunday, you may only initiate the activation request after 2pm on Monday. This applies to both new lines and port in mobile services.
For eSIM
After receiving your eSIM activation email:
- For new numbers: Your eSIM will activate immediately after you complete the provided setup steps.
- For port-in numbers: The port-in process may take up to 3 business days to complete. Once your previous carrier’ signal disconnects, the port-in has been successful and you can proceed with setting up your eSIM.

1. How long does it take to activate my physical SIM card?
- For new numbers, physical SIM card activation is immediate, allowing you to start using Zero1 services right away.
- For port-in numbers, activation may take up to 3 business days. You may begin using Zero1 services as soon as your previous carrier’s signal disconnects.
2. When can I activate my physical SIM card if I choose self-collection?
If you collected your SIM card at Mosi Mosi or ShortQ on a Friday / Saturday / Sunday, you may only initiate the activation request after 2pm on Monday. This applies to both new lines and port in mobile services.
3. Can I activate my physical SIM card on any mobile device?
Yes, you can activate your physical SIM card on any compatible mobile device. Ensure that your device is unlocked (not tied to a specific carrier) and supports the Zero1 network.
4. Can I activate my physical SIM card without using Singpass?
No, Singpass verification is required for identity verification as part of the activation process to ensure security.
5. Do I need an internet connection to activate my physical SIM card?
Yes, an internet connection is required to log in to your Zero1 account and complete the activation process through the Zero1 app or activation page.
6. How will I know if my physical SIM card has been successfully activated?
You will receive a confirmation email once your SIM card has been activated. For new numbers, you can insert your SIM card immediately. For port-in numbers, wait for your previous carrier’s signal to disappear, then insert your Zero1 SIM card.
7. What should I do if I am unable to activate my physical SIM card?
If you encounter issues during activation, please contact Zero1 Customer Support for assistance.

9. How do I activate my eSIM for a new mobile number?
After completing payment, you will receive an email with your eSIM activation details. Follow the instructions in the email to set up your eSIM and start enjoying Zero1’s services.
10. How do I activate my eSIM for a port-in number?
After completing payment, you will receive an email with your eSIM activation details. Zero1 will then begin the port-in process, which may take up to 3 business days. Once your previous carrier’s signal disconnects, follow the instructions in the mentioned email to set up your eSIM and start using Zero1’s services.
11. Can I use my eSIM on a new device?
If you want to use your eSIM on a new device, ensure that your new device supports eSIM technology. Next, deactivate the eSIM on your old device. This step can usually be done in the device’s settings under the mobile or SIM management section.
Finally, scan the QR code from your original eSIM activation email. Note that the number of eSIM set up attempts is limited to 3 times. Please contact the Zero1 Customer Service for a replacement. A fee may apply.
