How to activate your Zero1 SIM card

Once you receive your SIM card, activating it is simple and hassle-free with Zero1! You can complete the process through the Zero1 app or on our website:
- In the App: Just log in and tap the SIM activation icon to get started.
- On the website: You’ll find the activation link in your order confirmation email or by scanning the QR code on the letter.
Once you’re on the activation page, just follow the easy steps, and you’ll be up and running in no time!
Step-by-Step activation guide
Log in to your Zero1 account
Enter your email and password to log in to your Zero1 account.
Enter your SIM card details
Enter the SIM card serial number or scan the barcode to initiate the activation process.
Verify Your Identity via Singpass
For security purposes, you’ll be prompted to verify your identity via Singpass.
Activation in Progress*
Once your information is submitted, the activation process will begin.
SIM Card Activated
For new numbers, SIM card activation is immediate, allowing you to start using Zero1 services right away. For port-in numbers, activation may take 1-3 business days. You can begin using Zero1 services as soon as your previous provider’s signal disappears.
* If you collected your SIM at Mosi Mosi or ShortQ on a Friday / Saturday / Sunday, you may only initiate the activation request after 2pm on the following Monday, which is the next business. This applies to both new lines and port in mobile services.
*For new numbers, your SIM card will be activated immediately. For port-in numbers, number port-in and activation may take 1-3 business days to complete.

1. How long does it take to activate my SIM card?

3. Can I activate my SIM card on any mobile device?
Yes, you can activate your Zero1 SIM card on any compatible mobile device. Ensure that your device is unlocked and supports the Zero1 network.
4. Can I activate my SIM card without using Singpass?
No, Singpass verification is required for identity verification as part of the activation process to ensure security.
5. Do I need an internet connection to activate my SIM card?
Yes, an internet connection is required to log in to your Zero1 account and complete the activation process through the Zero1 app or activation page.
6. How will I know if my SIM card has been successfully activated?
You will receive a confirmation once your SIM card is activated. For new numbers, you can insert your SIM card immediately. For port-in numbers, wait for your previous provider’s signal to disappear, then insert your Zero1 SIM card.
7. What should I do if I am unable to activate my SIM card?
If you encounter issues during activation, please contact Zero1 Customer Support for assistance.
