Tips to resolve network issues
If you are facing network issues, here are some tips on how to get your connection back!
Check Your Data Usage
Login to your Zero1 account and check if you’ve finished your data allocation. You may be running on throttled speeds.
Restart Your Phone
Restart your phone by turning it Off then On again.
Check SIM Card
Test your SIM card on another phone to see if it works.
When inserting your SIM card, ensure the gold section of SIM is facing down and the cut off corner is positioned correctly.

Check APN and Network Settings
Please make sure
- Settings > Connection > Network Operators is set to "Zero1"
- Settings > Connection > Mobile Network > APN is set to "e-ideas". You may need to reset the APN default settings.
- SIM card setting is set to "Postpaid".
- Settings > Connection > Network Operators is set to "Zero1"

Update Your Firmware
Firmware could be the factor for some phone models. Ensure firmware is up to date.
Check VPN Connection Status
Check if you are connected to a VPN as configuration could change and vary because of a third-party application.
