1. Who is eligible for the ‘Stay 3, Get 3 Free’ promotion?
This promotion is available to new sign-ups and non-Singtel port-ins on eligible plans from 15 Apr 2026 to 22 Apr 2026. Port-ins from Singtel, GOMO, Heya, Zym, Vivifi, and CMLink are not eligible to enjoy the promotion.
2. How do I apply the promotion?
The promotion will be auto-applied during checkout when signing up for your selected plan.
3. When will I receive my free months?
Customers will receive 3 months of free subscription from the 4th to the 6th month after the first billing cycle. Customers must remain subscribed for at least 3 consecutive months to qualify.
4. Can I combine this with other promotions?
No, this promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless otherwise stated.
5. What happens after the free months?
Once your free period ends, regular monthly charges for your selected plan will resume automatically.
6. Can I switch plans after redeeming the promotion?
Plan changes during the promotional period will forfeit the free subscription. Please contact our support team before making any changes.
