As we phase out the 80u (4G) plan, we are delighted to inform you that we will be moving your mobile plan to the Z-One 5G Prime plan! Offering 5G connectivity, increased local data allowances and roaming* benefits at a reduced monthly cost, the Z-One 5G Prime Plan aims to better serve your communication needs! Your plan will automatically switch from the 80u (4G) plan to the Z-One 5G Prime plan by 31 August 2024.

1. Why is Zero1 phasing out the 80u plan?
We are phasing out the 80u plan to make way for plans that better serve our customers’ connectivity and communication needs.
2. What will happen to my plan?
We are moving your plan to the Z-One 5G Prime plan which offers 5G connectivity, increased local data allowances and roaming benefits at a reduced monthly cost. Your plan will automatically switch from the 80u (4G) plan to the Z-One 5G Prime plan by 31 August 2024. There will be no disruption as the switch is made.
3. Will my current data and settings be transferred to the Z-One 5G Prime plan?
Yes, all your current data and settings will be securely transferred to the Z-One 5G Prime plan without any loss.
4. Can I opt out of this move?
If you wish to remain on your current plan, you can contact Zero1 Customer Service to notify us.
5. Will there be any changes to my contract terms or additional fees?
There will be no changes to your contract terms or additional fees associated with this upgrade. You will simply enjoy a lower monthly subscription fee for your mobile plan.
6. Can I switch back to the 80u plan after moving to Z-One 5G Prime?
No, you cannot switch back to the 80u plan as it is no longer offered. You can opt for other plans instead.
