Terms and conditions
- The promotion is valid for use at Zero1 Customer Service Centre for walk-in transactions only.
- The Promoter of this Promotion is (“Promoter”), Zero1 Pte Ltd, 8 Burn Road, #01-03 Trivex Singapore 369977
- Promotion is applicable to customers in Singapore aged 18 and above who satisfy the entry requirements outlined in clause 5 below (“Eligible Participants”). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Western Union® Agents and Sub-agents, and service providers/marketing agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
- This promotion commences at 9:01am (SGT) on 01st JAN 2025 and ends at 8:00pm (SGT) on 31st DEC 2025 (“Promotion Period”) and is subject to extension by the Promoter.
- Eligible Participants:
- During the Promotion Period, Zero1 users who come to the Zero1 Customer Service Centre to make their first transaction with Western Union will receive a SG$5 Jumbo plan bill rebate or equivalent value items, existing Western Union customers who make their transaction will receive a SG$2 Jumbo plan bill rebate or equivalent value items. All items are till stocks last.
- To avail the gift:
- The customer needs to show the Western Union transaction slip made at Zero1 Customer Service Centre to Zero1.
- The bill rebate will be credited only to their own Jumbo plan(s) at the Zero1 Customer Service Centre.
- Customers shall be responsible for any tax arising for redeeming the gift. The gifts are provided by Zero1, and they will be responsible for any matters arising from or in connection with the gifts, services, and/or information they provide in relation to which the Promoter will have no liability whatsoever. Any enquiry or complaint regarding the gifts, services, and/or information should be directed to the provider. The Promoter will not be held liable for gifts that do not reach users expectations and to the quality and availability of the prizes, services and/or information provided by the the provider and excludes liability in connection with the Promotion once the user(s) enjoys any benefit relating to the Promotion of the full extent permitted by law.
- If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties or failures, unauthorised intervention or fraud, vandalism, power failure, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Eligible Participant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate to give effect so far as reasonably possible to the original intent of this Promotion.
- Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and agents associated with this Promotion shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained by anyone (including, but not limited to, direct or indirect loss, consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion or any prize provided as part of this Promotion.
- Offer is valid while stocks last and valid during the promotion period. Gifts are provided by a third-party provider, subject to their respective terms and conditions of the product warranty, in relation to which the Promoter will have no liability whatsoever.
- To the extent that there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and other marketing materials or collateral produced in relation to this Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
- The promotion is non-transferable and not valid with other promotions, discounts or privileges.
- Zero1 reserves the right to withdraw the promotion or amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. Other registration terms and conditions apply.
- Western Union Money Transfer transactions are performed directly by Western Union’s authorised personnel at the Zero1 Customer Service Centre without the intervention of Zero1. The services are subjected to Western Union’s Terms and Conditions.
