How to enable 5G+ on your device

Enable 5G Standalone (SA) in device settings
After your 5G+ SIM/eSIM is activated, enable 5G Standalone (SA) in your phone’s Mobile Network settings.
Follow the steps below for iOS and Android devices:
For iPhone (iOS)
- Go to device Settings, then tap Mobile Service
- Tap on Mobile Data Options
- Tap Voice & Data
- Select 5G On, then toggle 5G standalone
- Turn Airplane Mode off and on, or restart your iPhone
- Wait up to 5 minutes for your Zero1 5G+ service to activate
For Android
- Go to device Settings, then tap Connections
- Tap on Mobile networks
- Tap Network mode, select 5G/LTE, and enable Use 5G Standalone networks (if available)
- Turn Airplane Mode off and on or restart your phone
- Wait up to 5 minutes for your Zero1 5G+ service to activate
