1. Who is eligible for the promotion?
This promotion is available to non-Singtel port-ins on eligible plans until 31 May 2026. Port-ins from Singtel, GOMO, Heya, Zym, Vivifi, and CMLink are not eligible to enjoy the promotion.
2. How do I apply the promotion?
The promotion will be auto-applied during checkout when signing up for your selected plan.
3. When will I receive my free months?
Customers will receive free subscription benefits based on their selected plan:
- Streamo Bold (4G): Customers will receive 3 months of free subscription from the 4th to the 6th month after completing the first 3 consecutive months of subscription.
- Starter Prime (4G): Customers will receive their 3rd month of subscription free after completing the first 2 months of subscription.
Customers must remain subscribed for the required qualifying period to be eligible for the free subscription.
4. Can I combine this with other promotions?
No, this promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or offers unless otherwise stated.
5. What happens after the free months?
Once your free period ends, regular monthly charges for your selected plan will resume automatically.
6. Can I switch plans after redeeming the promotion?
Plan changes during the promotional period will forfeit the free subscription. Please contact our support team before making any changes.
