Exclusive for Streamo Freedom RE and Movemo Dash RE
Rollover: Keep your unused monthly entitlements
Last updated on 25 Aug 2026
Make the most of your monthly entitlements
With Rollover, your eligible unused monthly entitlements are automatically carried forward, so you have more time to use them.
Rollover is available exclusively to customers on Streamo Freedom RE and Movemo Dash RE.
No activation is required. As long as your eligible plan remains active, your unused eligible entitlements will be carried forward automatically.
What can you roll over?
- Local Data
- RoamAP Data for 13 destinations
- IDD v019 Minutes
- Local Outgoing Talktime Minutes
- Local Outgoing SMS
How does Rollover work?
It’s simple:
- Our unused monthly entitlement is carried forward
Any unused eligible entitlement from this month will be carried forward automatically. - Rollover is available for up to 3 monthly entitlements
Each month’s unused eligible entitlement can be carried forward for up to 3 months, subject to the applicable rollover rules.
Your maximum accumulated rollover balance is based on your current month’s entitlement and entitlements carried forward from the previous 2 months. - Oldest Rollover is used first
Your oldest Rollover entitlement will be used first, followed by newer Rollover entitlements and then your current month’s entitlement. - Expired entitlements are removed
When a rollover allowance reaches its expiry period, any unused balance will expire and can no longer be used.
Here’s an example
700 GB Local Data per month. Each bar shows how the monthly balances combine.
What you’ll see on your Usage page
The example below uses Local Data to show how your usage and Rollover balance are displayed.
700 GB / month
Your monthly Local Data entitlements.
10 GB
Your usage for the current month.
990 GB
Your total available balance, including any eligible rollover accumulated from previous months.
In this example: 990 GB = 290 GB Rollover + 700 GB current month’s entitlement.
How does the notifications work?
Usage notifications for Rollover apply only to Monthly RoamAP Data Roaming and Monthly IDD v019 Minutes. Your usage page shows one total available balance, but the Rollover portion and current month’s entitlement are tracked separately for notification purposes.
15 mins Rollover left
You’ve used 80% of your 75-minute Rollover entitlement, so you may receive an 80% Rollover usage notification.
Rollover fully used — 500 mins still available
Your 75-minute Rollover entitlement has been fully used, so you may receive a 100% Rollover usage notification. Your 500 current monthly IDD v019 minutes are still available.
Usage continues from your current month’s entitlement
After your Rollover entitlement is fully used, usage will continue from your current month’s entitlement. You may then receive separate 80% and 100% usage notifications for that entitlement.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. I’m currently on Streamo Freedom or Movemo Dash. Do I need to do anything?
No. If you’re currently on Streamo Freedom or Movemo Dash, we’ll automatically update your plan to the corresponding RE plan. No action is required from you.
2. Do new customers need to activate Rollover?
No. Rollover is automatically included when you sign up for Streamo Freedom RE or Movemo Dash RE.
3. How long can I keep my unused entitlements?
Eligible unused entitlements can be carried forward for up to 2 preceding months. Your total available balance can therefore include your current month’s entitlement and unused entitlements from the 2 preceding months.
4. Which entitlement will be used first?
Your oldest Rollover entitlement will be used first, followed by newer Rollover entitlements and then your current month’s entitlement.
5. Why did I receive an 80% or 100% Rollover notification when I still have balance left?
Your total available balance may contain multiple Rollover entitlements and your current month’s entitlement. For Monthly RoamAP Data Roaming and Monthly IDD v019 Minutes, each entitlement is tracked separately for usage notifications. A 100% notification means that particular entitlement has been fully used — it does not mean your entire available balance has been used.
6. How many usage notifications may I receive for each eligible entitlement type?
For Monthly RoamAP Data Roaming and Monthly IDD v019 Minutes, usage notifications are triggered separately for each available entitlement. As your balance can include up to 2 preceding months of Rollover entitlements and your current month’s entitlement, you may receive up to 6 usage notifications for each entitlement type:
- 80% and 100% for the oldest Rollover entitlement
- 80% and 100% for the newer Rollover entitlement
- 80% and 100% for the current month’s entitlement
This means you may receive up to 6 notifications for Monthly RoamAP Data Roaming and up to 6 notifications for Monthly IDD v019 Minutes.
7. Where can I check my Rollover balance?
You can view your total available balance and usage on the Mobile Plan Usage page in your Zero1 account.
8. What happens to my Rollover if I change to a plan that does not support Rollover?
Your Rollover eligibility will end, and any unused Rollover entitlement will be forfeited when you move to a non-eligible plan.
9. What happens to unused Rollover when my line is terminated or becomes inactive?
Any unused Rollover entitlement will be forfeited if your line is terminated or becomes inactive.
10. Can I transfer my Rollover entitlement to another Zero1 mobile line?
No. Rollover entitlements are tied to the eligible mobile line and cannot be transferred to another Zero1 line.
11. What happens when a Rollover entitlement expires?
Any expired Rollover entitlement will be forfeited and will no longer be available for use.
