Different location, same top-notch customer service!
We’re excited to announce that the Zero1 Customer Service Centre is moving to a new location! The Zero1 Team moving to Harper Point, just a stone’s throw away from our old home at Trivex, and a 2-minute walk from Tai Seng MRT Station (Circle Line) Exit B.
Starting 19 March 2025 (Wed), all in-person services for Zero1 local mobile plans and Zero1 2GO travel data SIMs will be available at our new address.
Our last day of operations at Trivex will be on 18 March 2025 (Tue).

Getting to the new Zero1 Customer Service Centre
- Take the Circle Line to Tai Seng MRT Station.
- Leave the MRT station via Exit B.
- Turn left towards Harper Road, then turn left again to walk along Harper Road.
- Walk straight for 180m to Harper Point, which will be on your left.
- The Zero1 Customer Service Centre is located on the ground floor at unit #01-06.
