Announcement

Prepaid numbers can now be ported to Zero1

Last updated on 17 Sep 2026

Keep your existing prepaid mobile number when you switch to an eligible Zero1 mobile plan.

Simply choose Keep your existing number during sign-up and complete the port-in details.

Before you port your prepaid number

Check these details before you start to help avoid delays:

  • Your prepaid number is active.
  • You are the registered owner of the number.
  • Your registered NRIC, FIN or Passport details match your current provider’s records.
  • For online port-in, you need Singpass to verify your identity. If you do not have Singpass, please visit the Zero1 Customer Service Centre to complete your port-in.

Important: Keep your existing mobile service active until the port-in is successfully completed.
