Zero1 may contact customers to remind them of outstanding payments.

However, payments must only be made via:

Zero1’s official UEN – 201705239R
The Zero1 Self-Service Portal via https://zero1.sg/users/account-login.

Zero1 will never request or accept payment during a call, nor ask for your OTP, password, or banking details.

If you are unsure, please verify through official Zero1 channels.
