- The Classic NDP2023 promotion is available for new and port-in subscriptions for a limited time only.
- Existing users can upgrade to the Zero1 Classic NDP2023 plan provided their accounts are not suspended, blacklisted or with outstanding balances, with no admin fee. An admin fee of $10.80 applies when downgrading from a higher-priced plan. Other prorated adjustments for the change of plans will apply.
- Base plan local data allocation is 12GB per month. The promotion includes an additional 38GB add-on local data per month for 6 months, making the total local data allocation to be 50GB per month. The additional promo data will be provisioned within a month.
- From the 7th to 12th month, the total local data allocation will be 22GB. From the 13th month onwards, the local data allocation will revert to 12GB.
- The promotional rate of $5 per month for Classic NDP2023 plan will only be applied in the 3rd month. Normal plan rate is applicable from 4th month onwards. This promotional offer is valid only for new, non-Singtel and non-Singtel brands port-ins only. Singtel brands include GOMO and HEYA.
- The promotion is non-transferable and not valid with other promotions, discounts or privileges.
- Any promotion will be void if the plan is changed or account is suspended, terminated or overdue/delinquent during the subscription period.
- Plan rates and bundled services are subject to change without prior notice. Other usage and value-added charges apply.
- No refund will be issued for termination within 1 month of activation and/or port-out.
- Zero1 reserves the right to reject and/or terminate the subscription without any advance notice if the subscriber’s submitted ID is invalid or the payment deduction is unsuccessful.
- Zero1 reserves the right to withdraw the promotion or amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. Other registration terms and conditions apply.
