What is the Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS)?
Zero1’s Corporate Individual Scheme (CIS) is an exclusive programme offered to staff of participating companies. With this scheme, employees get to enjoy savings off their monthly subscription when they register for Zero1 services as a corporate individual.
How to sign up for a Zero1 CIS mobile plan
Signing up for the Zero1 CIS mobile plan involves two main steps. First, enroll in the Zero1 CIS Programme and await approval. Once your enrollment is approved, you can proceed to the Zero1 SIM card purchase process.
Step 1: CIS Programme Enrollment
Sign up for the CIS programme
Enroll your corporate team using the CIS Application form page if you haven't done so.
Get account approval
After your account is approved, a unique coupon code will be assigned to your organisation by our CIS account manager.
Step 2: Zero1 SIM Card Purchase Process
Visit the Zero1 website and select your mobile plan
Go to the official Zero1 website at zero1.sg, then navigate to the Consumer Plans page to select the mobile plan that best suits your needs.
Log in or create a Zero1 account
Log in with your existing Zero1 account. If you’re a new user, sign up for an account.
Pick your mobile number
Select a new number from our list or port in your existing number.
Verify with Singpass
Complete the Singpass verification to confirm your identity.
Select delivery method
Choose between self-collection or SIM card delivery.
Review order summary, apply promo code, and make payment
Review the order summary to ensure all details are correct. Enter the company-assigned coupon code to receive the discount, then proceed with the payment.
Collect or receive your SIM card
You will be notified when your SIM card is ready for self-collection or out for delivery.
If your organisation is not enrolled in the Zero1 CIS programme
You may enroll for the programme through our online CIS Application Form. We will process your application within 3 working days.
Once approved, staff of participating companies are required to sign up for the exclusive mobile plans through the mobile app.
